Ok so we have all these new restirctions at work now. It is a little weird. We are not allowed any incedental over time meaning we have to clock out at 330 or have our overtime, even 5 minutes meaning 335 approved. I am coming to the conclusion that our floor and hospital are a little low on money. Then today, my manager an idiot, has a meeting at the nursing station today. Our patient satisfaction on the floor droppped 2 percent from the previous day so she says "What are we losers? I mean this is not a winning number so you must be losers that what this drop in score means, right?" We all looked at her like she was a frickin idiot. That is not the way to encourage people. So later in the day I ask her about my 12 hour shifts, which were supposed to start next week. SHe says to me well not this next schedule because the 3 new orientees have not taken their boards and are still on orientation so probably apirl 9th you will switch. I said ok and started to walk away from her office so then for hte next 10 minutes she feels all bad and is trying to explain why and that she hopes I understand. Yea I understand she is a bunch of bull shit. I mean I can not wait to hear her excuse come april 9th.
Whatever I dont get all pissed off at that anymore. I mean I expect nothing more than that from her.
On another note we took Kaylee to Mak's birhtday party last night at Chuck e Cheese. Now she is broken out in hives all over her body, she must have found somthing that she was allergic too but there is so much it could have been. So benadry and cortisone cream, and oatmeal baths. Poor kid she is all itchy and sore. But she still had fun playing all the games. When she traded the tickets in the lady behind the counter tried to jip her out of 90 points I almost had to kick her ass, those damn pints cost too much money for her to just throw them away! But she traded in for a bouncy ball that lights up and some little plastic lizards, oh yeah well worth the fortunes it cost.

I hope your floor isn't low on money...last year we had a hospital in Ohio that just shut its doors one night without telling anyone. Not sure how they managed to do that with all the patients and everything, but....
It almost sounds like you're working at a retail job, with the schedule bullshit. I hope that clears up or else you can find something else soon!
What sucks is those 90 tickets can be bought for.... 90 cents.
