Destiny is no matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.

Ok so I try to post a quote for what I am thinking and now I am thinking about do I go back to college for my masters and when do I do it? LOL I must be crazy thinking about it. When I was in school all I could think was getting out and workingm but do I really want to be a floor nurse my entire career? I dont know I mean I dont know what I would specialize in, I have only experienced geriatric med-surg. That leads me to another issue is when do I venture off my comfort zone and try another floor? I like my floor ok well I like the people that I work with. I dunno just one of those.

That is true. The only thign it could do for my career is that I could eventually be a manager on a floor. I could also be a clinical teacher for a nursing program not the teacher that stands in front of the class but the one that works with a group of students on a unit. So the only thing that I would be interested in is the manager but that wouldnt be for a long time lol. I didnt think about Meyers and stuff like that. I dont know that would mean more papers to write "yuck". LOL
If you think a masters would help in your career, and if you really like your career, I say go for it. You don't even have to "go" to school, technically. You could do it online, like at Meyers or something.
